Description
Samsara is a Buddhist concept having to do with our being 'travelers
on the wheel of life.' Although various teachings convey the suffering
aspects of wandering through various worlds in Samsara, my own
interpretation of some of the early writings about this concept
includes the process of our ability to imagine very positive new
worlds, move into them, and live in them in creative ways. I believe
that some types of meditation, and some music, can help our minds to
creat such new worlds into which we can wander and from which we can
gain a sense of wholeness and well being. Bruce MacCombie
