This suite in three movements for saxophone ensemble is based on two traditional klezmer themes, "Itamar Freilch" and "Hershel" and on an original composition, "Doumka´s Freilach".
The suite can be played with a drumset (playing ad libitum) and a bass: string bass, electric bass or euphonium. If there’s no drummer, one of the saxophonists can play the tambourine part in "Itamar Freilach".
