About Tebe Poem Krasnoyarsk

TEBE POEM, the Krasnoyarsk Choral Ensemble of Soloists, was founded by its Director Konstantin Yakobson. Yakobson is a Professor and Rector at the Krasnoyarsk State Institute of the Arts, and has been named an Honored Artist of Russia. The choir performs chamber music as well as large oratorios and cantatas.

TEBE POEM’s repertoire includes works of Russian and European composers in all genres of folk, church, and opera music. The ensemble has travelled extensively in Russia and abroad to present the choral culture of Russia to all parts of the world. TEBE POEM has recorded a number of CDs with both folk and classical music. The group has received numerous awards and is a regular participant in various Russian and international festivals.
